Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held a public hearing March 30, 2017 beginning at 6:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA
The matters discussed were those reasonably anticipated by the Chair and published as the agenda.

Open Hearings began at 6:30 PM
RDA-~Dean and Theresa Contaxis of 101 Lakeview Lane. Applicants seeks remove 8-10 dead or dying trees within the buffer zone of Otis Reservoir. Unanimous Negative Determination RDA 2017-02
No restrictions stated if all work follows the description within the application. Planting of trees to replace would only be required if stumps are ground or removed.
